Minced Beef is a staple of a butcher's trade, but nowadays the focus is often making the beef go as far as possible. Our approach for our classic mince is different and hasn't changed for generations. Sourced from prime grass-fed beef with cuts used to provide ample marbling for optimum flavour and colouring. Sourced from a handful of farms in the central belt of Scotland, our free-range beef is aged for a minimum 28 days and contains high amounts of omega-3 and other vitamins due to the grass-fed diet. We hand-butcher our beef using traditional techniques.

| Cooking Instructions | Browning mince is essential to bring our flavour and colour to dishes. Fry for around 5 minutues and drain excess juices. Add onion, carrot, & beef stock.
