| Cooking Instructions | Remove joint from packaging, pat dry and bring to room temperature. Pre heat oven to 160C Gas mark 3. Sear joint all round on a high heat, transfer to a casserole dish. Add beef stock covering up to half the joint then cook in the oven for approximately 3-4 hours, depending on weight. All appliances may vary these are guidelines only. |
