We have thousands of customers who have opted to take part in our ‘Gold Card’ reward scheme. We reward these loyal customers, who regularly shop with us with points for their purchases, so that they can then in-turn redeem against future purchases with us.

The more you spend with us, the more points you’ll receive and the more you can save in the future!

Customers collect points with us no matter what products they purchase from us, whether it’s an individual Ashet Steak Pie or a Fillet Steak…all S. Collins & Son products qualify for Gold Card points.

What’s more, even special offers and flash sale purchases will also qualify for Gold Card points, so it’s a ‘double whammy’ for you, the customer, as not only do you get great quality products at value for money prices, you also collect Gold Card points that will save you £££’s in the future.

How Do I Get A Gold Card?

Our Gold Card is completely free for customers to take up, there’s no monthly or annual fee and it’s a great way of building up points from your regular shopping that you can use to save money against future purchases with us, we’ll even give you 25 points for free when you first sign up and as a birthday treat we’ll also give you an additional 25 points on your birthday.

If shopping in-store with us, simply ask your server to sign you up for a free Gold Card. They will take a few details from you, and you’ll receive your gold card there and then and the items that you’re purchasing from us that day will automatically qualify for Gold Card points on your new card.

If you’re an online shopper, then it is similar. If shopping with us for the first time, you’ll be asked to create an online account and at this point you can choose to opt-in to the Gold Card rewards scheme and sign up for a Gold Card. Your points from that spend will automatically be credited onto your new Gold Card account and we’ll pop your new gold card in with your order.

Once you have your Gold Card you can use this to collect points either in-store or online, so as you can see, no matter what way you want to shop with us, you’ll always be able to collect Gold Card points for all your purchases.

How Do I Redeem the Points I’ve Collected?

Pop in store to our shop in Muirhead, choose what products you want and ask your server to redeem your Gold Card points against your shopping. Your server will tell you how many points you have and what saving that equates to and you can decide how many of your points you want to allocate to your shop that day and the unused points will remain on your card…it couldn’t be simpler!

How Do I Check My Balance?

You can check your balance at any time by handing your card over to your server and ask them to check the balance.

How Do I Update My Details?

If your name, email address, phone number or postal address has changed since you signed up, you can let us know in-store, or update your details yourself online.
